AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system capable of varying the capability on condition that a heat pump type refrigerating cycle is added to a fun coil function, and freely selecting cooling/heating operation and dehumidifying operation. SOLUTION: This air conditioning system comprises a fan coil 2 and an air heat exchanger 3 arranged in an air passage 1 for indoor air; a refrigerating cycle R allowing a compressor 13, a four-way valve 12, the air heat exchanger 3, a pressure reducing device 11 and a water/refrigerant heat exchanger 9 to communicate each other; a heat source water circulating circuit N having a first passage A for carrying heat source water from the water/water heat exchanger 6 to the fun coil and returning it from the water/water heat exchanger to the heat source through the water/refrigerant heat exchanger and a second passage B for guiding the heat source water derived from the fan coil directly to the water/refrigerant heat exchanger without through the water/water heat exchanger; a three-way valve 7 for switching and controlling the first passage and the second passage; and a control part 15 for controlling the refrigerating cycle and the three-way valve.
