FLUIDIZED BED TYPE GASIFICATION MELTING FURNACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably operate a melting furnace without using auxiliary fuel in a gasification melting furnace composed by including a fluidized bed type gasification furnace gasifying common refuse and industrial waste, and the melting furnace burning char and pyrolysis gas produced by the gasification furnace to melt ash contents. SOLUTION: In the gasification melting furnace, a processing means 18 is provided for calculating an air volume for combustion to be supplied to the melting furnace 7 on the basis of an estimated fuel supply amount, a theoretical air volume of fuel, and a fluidized air volume, and controlling the air volume for combustion supplied to the melting furnace. Estimation of the fuel supply amount can be carried out by using a fluidized air volume to be supplied to the gasification furnace, an air temperature, a fluidized bed temperature, a fuel composition, and a composition of a combustible content in the fuel, or it can be estimated by using the fluidized air volume to be supplied to the gasification furnace, a fluidized air temperature, the fluidized bed temperature, the theoretical air volume of the fuel, and a water content amount in the fuel.
