Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convey atmospheric ions while maintaining an effective concentration of atmospheric ions containing a negative ions and positive ions. SOLUTION: A blowing means 1 passes air supplied to an inside of a casing 5 from an air supply port 51 to a respective ventilation passages 54a, 54b as an inside of the casing 5, and the air is exhausted to an outside of the casing 5 from respective exhaust ports 52. An air purifying means 2 mainly eliminates dust in the air supplied from the air supply port 51 to an inside of the casing 5 (the respective ventilation passages 54a, 54b). An atmospheric ion generating means 3, for example, generates the negative ions in the ventilation passage 54a, generates the positive ion in the ventilation passage 54b, and the generated negative ion and positive ions are contained in the air passing through the respective air passages 54a, 54b. A delivering means 4 is piped in a form, for example, reaching to a room of a house or the like, and first air containing the negative ions and second air containing the positive ions are separately delivered to the room.
