WATER/HOT WATER MIXING FAUCET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water/hot water mixing faucet capable of accurately adjusting a temperature in setting a high-temperature water tapping area and easily assembling components in a valve body in a short period of time. SOLUTION: A water-side valve seat and a hot water-side valve seat, a valve element 26, a temperature-sensitive spring 30, a pair of bias springs 31, 32 and a tapped-water temperature setting member 34 are mounted in valve bodies 16, 17. The pair of bias springs 31, 32 are respectively composed of coil springs coaxially arranged in the valve bodies 16, 17 and having different outer diameters and lengths. When the valve element 26 is located on a low-temperature water tapping area, the energizing force of both bias springs 31, 32 does not act on the valve element 26, when the valve element 26 is positioned on an intermediate temperature water tapping area, the energizing force of one of the bias springs 31 is acted on the valve element 26, and when the valve element 26 is positioned on a high-temperature water tapping area, the energizing force of both bias springs 31, 32 actes on the valve element 26.
