Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic sheet with a protective film in which there is no reduction of adhesion strength of a thermoplastic resin sheet with the protective film as well as no appearance deterioration and the adhesion of dusts onto the sheet is prevented by preventing occurrence of static charge at peeling of the protective film. SOLUTION: In this antistatic sheet having a structure so that the protective films are adhered to both faces of the thermoplastic sheet, an antistatic agent is uniformly distributed in at least one of outer surfaces of the films which do not adhere to the sheet, at the rate of 0.5-50% per 100 cm2of the outer surface area of the film.
