Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pole piece for using in MRI system. SOLUTION: An imaging system comprises at least one pole piece. At least one pole piece comprises at least two directional sheets which are piled together, and the easy magnetization direction of the first directional sheet is different from the easy magnetization direction of the second directional sheet. In another embodiment, a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) system is provided and the MRI system contains at least one pole piece. At least one pole piece contains plural members. Each inside of the members comprises at least two directional sheets and the easy magnetization direction of the first directional sheet is different from that of the second directional sheet.
