Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of making some of noodles to be scorched and stick to the bottom of a pot if one fails to constantly stir partly because they cling to the bottom of the pot due to the poor convection of hot water in the cooking pot though it is possible to see the noodles randomly dancing in boiling hot water when the noodles are boiled in a conventional cooking pot. SOLUTION: The cooking pot 1 is structured so as to have a low protrusion 7 high in the center and inclining, spreading in a fan-shape nearly from the center in the center of an inside bottom. When the cooking pot 1 is filled with water and heated, boiling hot water rises along the inside surface, causing a convection gathering at the center portion near a water surface and descending. At that time, the flow descends and gains strength, and hits the protrusion 7, scattering around and turning up without hardly getting disturbed. Consequently the convention of hot water is smooth and becomes faster than before. When noodles are put there, the noodles naturally circulate, carried on the convection of hot water and are prevented from getting burnt and sticking without getting stirred.
