CUSTOMER PREMISE TERMINAL AND COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer premise terminal which can realize a control request in real time to a customer premise terminal such as household electric devices, etc. from a user out-of-house. SOLUTION: An Internet terminal 110 of the invention is composed of a communication part 111 which performs transmission and reception of local packets generated created in a packet creation part 113 and answer local packets from a server device 200; an encryption processing part 112 which performs encryption of the transmitting local packets and decoding of a received answer local packets; a packet creation part 113 which creates the local packets, a notification information recording part 114 which holds a terminal ID identifying the Internet terminal 110 and a password; a notification interval adjusting part 115 which specifies a notification interval which is an interval periodically transmits the local packet to a router 101 side; and a control part 116 which transmits the control information to a target terminal and performs a control processing.
