Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fusible alloy and a thermal fuse having an operating temperature of 133°C and in which a manufacturing property and durability can be improved. SOLUTION: This fusible alloy contains 43.5wt% or higher and 50wt% or lower Sn and 0.1wt% or higher and 5wt% or lower In and the remaining part is composed of Bi and unavoidable impurities. The fusible alloy is used in a fuse element and provided with a pair of electrical terminals 2 and 3 connected to the fuse element, and a case 8 storing at least the fuse element; and both end surfaces of the case 8 are formed so as to be non-parallel to each other.
