Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a configuration of an intake control valve device and compact the device. SOLUTION: This intake control valve device is provided with a rotary shaft held coaxially with a central shaft 42 of rotation of a valve 40 supported on a bearing of a body 20 so as to prevent relative rotation and has a motor 60 for driving valve for rotating the valve 40 in one direction from an original position to a specified position and a spring 72 for returning the valve 40 from the specified position to the original position when releasing current carrying of the motor 60 for driving valve. In this motor 60 for driving valve, rotation torque is changed in accordance with rotation angle while substantially fixed current is supplied. Rotation torque of the motor 60 for driving valve in a range from a rotation angle θ1 corresponding to the original position of the valve 40 to a rotation angle θ2 corresponding to the specified position of the valve 40 is set to be larger than torque of the spring 72.
