Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and visually check the conditions of the injection and filling of a foamed resin, and the like, and to secure predetermined heat-insulating performance by saving on labor for a construction process, preventing a joint heat-insulating layer from being damaged and lost, and enhancing quality by high-density foaming. SOLUTION: A joint gap 4 is formed of opposed end surfaces 3 and 3 of adjacent heat-insulating panels 3 and 3, and a metal joiner 5 for fixing both the heat-insulating panels 3 and 3 by holding them in a sandwiching state in cooperation with a piece material 6. An opened part of the joint gap 4 is closed with a transparent tape 7; and a heat-insulating foamed resin is injected into the closed joint gap 4 and foamed, so that the joint heat-insulating layer 11 is formed.
