Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blackened steel sheet by coating, which does not show a dark brown color on the surface at all after having been coated, has a value L of 15 or less specified in a Lab colorimetric system, and has a uniform black appearance; a black-treated steel sheet; and a method for manufacturing them. SOLUTION: The blackened steel sheet by coating, which is manufactured by anodizing a Zn-Ni-alloy-plated steel sheet and coating it with a surface treatment agent, and has a value L of 15 or less specified in the Lab colorimetric system, is improved so as to further acquire a value of 0.3 or less and a value b of -0.2 or less. The black-treated steel sheet manufactured by anodizing the Zn-Ni-alloy-plated steel sheet is controlled so as to acquire a value L of 5 or less, a value of 0.5 or less, and a value b of -0.9 or less, which values are specified in the Hunter Lab colorimetric system.
