Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lipase activity inhibitor capable of directly inhibiting the triglyceride decomposition by lipase which functions as a neutral fat decomposition enzyme in a living body. SOLUTION: As the lipase activity inhibitor, a persimmon leaf and/or a persimmon calyx is used, and the external preparation containing a crude drug of the persimmon leaf or the persimmon calyx is effective for promoting the accumulation of fat in adipose tissues, and accordingly is effective as a skin external preparation for fat accumulation as well.
