IMMUNOSUPPRESSIVE MEDICINE COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunosuppressive medicine composition which has an action mechanism different from those of conventional immunosuppressors such as CsA and FK506, and produces little side effects. SOLUTION: This immunosuppressive medicine composition contains one or more compounds represented by the general formula (I) äR1is H, a 1 to 6C lower alkyl or a 1 to 6C lower alkylcarbonyl; R2is H, a 1 to 6C lower alkyl, a 1 to 6C lower alkylcarbonyl, -(CH2)mCOORa[(m) is an integer of 1 to 6; Rais H or a 1 to 6C lower alkyl], -CO(CH2)nCOOH [(n) is an integer of 1 to 6], isonicotinoyl, picolinoyl or nicotinoyl; R3is a halogen atom; R4is -CHO or -COOH} as active ingredients.
