SOLUTION: The soymilk beverage is obtained by mixing and stirring soymilk with 12 wt.%-25 wt.% of albumen based on the total weight after mixing, subjecting the product to homogenizing treatment, and heat-sterilizing and cooling the product so as to bring an amino acid score to 100.
