Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material reinforcing coffee flavor to be used for palatable beverage without feeling of roughness at all and solving such a problem that in many cases, spice, coffee extracted liquid and concentrated liquid or coffee powder pulverized by spray drying is used when giving coffee flavor to drink and food, and even in the case of using conventional fine powder coffee, there is a problem such as secondary aggregation, and roughness and precipitation of particles themselves because of a big particle diameter, thus a satisfactory product cannot be obtained. SOLUTION: This material as a coffee flavor reinforcing agent contains a finely crushed product of coffee bean of an average particle diameter of ≤2 μm, and an emulsifier of HLB≥6.
