SOLUTION: The method for sterilizing fresh vegetables comprises cleaning the fresh vegetables (cut vegetables) each cut into appropriate size, sterilizing the cut vegetables with sodium hypochlorite water solution followed by washing the sterilized vegetables with acid water.
