Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic device whereby a specific effect can be obtained in particular from a notebook personal computer (hereinafter called a notebook PC) with respect to the notebook PC provided with a speaker. SOLUTION: The notebook PC is provided with a virtual sound source processing circuit for carrying out signal processing to produce a virtual sound source, and L channel and R channel speaker units the vibration axes of which are located at an angle of about 180 degrees and nearly in parallel with a mount face of the notebook PC, and reproducing a signal of the virtual sound source processing circuit.
