Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize initial irreversible demagnetization, long-term irreversible demagnetization, rust resistance, dimensional stability under high-temperature exposure, and high (BH)maxby using Nd2Fe14B-based spherical magnet powder processed by spinning cup gas atomizing method. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a flexible rare-earth bond magnet substantially includes a step 1 wherein a compound [C0] of a strip cast rare-earth magnet powder [A] and a binder [B0] containing an extendable element [B1] is compressed to make a green compact [D0], a step 2 wherein the green compact [D0] is heated to make a magnet precursor [E1], a step 3 wherein the extendable element [B1] of the magnet precursor [E1] is extended to make a flexible rare-earth bond magnet [F1], and a step 4 wherein the flexible rare-earth bond magnet [F1] is changed to be like a circle.
