PHOTOGRAPHIC SEAL FORMING DEVICE, METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise a rate of turnover of users while maintaining the satisfaction of the user. SOLUTION: In the case of deciding that it is confusion time on the basis of the time after a user finishes utilizing the device until a next user starts utilizing the device, an early leaving preferential mode is set as the mode of the photographic seal forming device 1. When the early leaving preferential mode is set, a privilege is provided to a user who finishes photographing processing and editing processing to be performed succeedingly to the photographing processing within previously set restricted time. The content of the privilege is set higher for the user who finishes the processing in earlier timing, whereby the processing is prompted to be finished in earlier timing. The invention is applied to the photographic seal forming device which provides a series of processings including the photographing processing and the editing processing to edit an image obtained by the photographing processing to the user who pays the price.
