Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for manufacturing a keyboard which can fully substitute lead from the view points, such as processing, cost and quality. SOLUTION: An attachment hole 11 is formed in the keyboard 10 (Figure (A)). Next, the keyboard 10 is set on a fixing unit 25, and a lead substitute molten from an ejection unit 20 to the attachment hole 11 is ejected and injected (Figure (B)). The ejected and injected lead substitute solidifies, the inner wall of the attachment hole 11 and the lead substitute item 30 are attached adheredly, rust treatment is applied to the lead substitute item, and the keyboard 10, which will not allow rust on the lead substitute item 30 of the attachment hole 11, is completed (Figure (C)).
