Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a driver of a PDP apparatus which uses a plasma display panel with a large driving capacity, using an existent driving IC. SOLUTION: The plasma display apparatus is equipped with a plurality of electrodes A and Y and a plurality of drive circuits 11 and 12 for driving the plurality of electrodes, and the drive circuits 11 and 12 include at least one drive IC 21, having a plurality of outputs for independently outputting a plurality of driving signals and drive one electrode in combination with the plurality of driving signals outputted from the driving IC.
