Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a splice device preventing generation of wrinkle and crack in splicing of a paper. SOLUTION: An old stencil paper 1a is clamped by a feed stopping roller 6 and a pressurization roller 18 at splicing of the paper by the feed stopping roller 6 arranged at a feed route 4 for feeding the stencil papers 1a, 2a paid out from stencil paper rolls 1, 2 to a paper processing mechanism and the pressurization roller 18 provided in opposed to the feed stopping roller 6. The old stencil paper 1a paid out is cut by splice heads 22a, 22b arranged at the stencil paper rolls 1, 2 side than both rollers 6, 18 at the splicing of the paper and splicing of the old stencil paper 1a and a new stencil paper 2a during stand-by is carried out. A pressurization driving cylinder 20 for clamping the stencil paper 1a by the feed stopping roller 6 and the pressurization roller 18 by moving the pressurization roller 18 is provided. The pressurization driving cylinder 20 switches the clamping pressure of the stencil paper 1a by the feed stopping roller 6 and the pressurization roller 18 to three stages of low pressure, strong pressure and further intermediate pressure, i.e., the intermediate pressure thereof.
