RESIN MOLDED PRODUCT AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a resin molded product capable of correcting the non-uniformity of the energy distribution in a melting spot in a relatively inexpensive manner. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of the resin molded product, a pervious resin member 2 having perviousness with respect to a laser beam 13 and an absorbable resin member 3 having absorbability with respect to the laser beam 13 are brought into contact with each other and the contact surface of the pervious resin member 2 and the absorbable resin member 3 is irradiated with the laser beam 13 from the surface side of the pervious resin member 2 to form a molten spot 4 to the contact surface to weld the pervious resin member 2 and the absorbable resin member 3, a protruded part 20 is arranged to the surface of the pervious resin member 2 in order to make the arrival distance L1 of the component arriving at the central part 40 of the molten spot 4 in the laser beam incident on the contact surface larger than the arrival distances L2 and L3 arriving at the outside part 41 of the molten spot 4.
