POWDER COLLECTING APPARATUS AND POWDER TREATING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder collecting apparatus capable of collecting powder filled inside a container without decomposing the container and without scattering the powder in the treatment of a powder fire extinguisher or the like. SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises: a container discharge port inserting part A for inserting the powder discharge port Zn of the container Z; a powder housing part B communicating with the container discharge port inserting part A and housing the powder discharged from the container Z; a dust treating part C communicating with the powder housing part B and separating the powder carried as dust from air; an exhaust port part D communicating with the dust treating part C and discharging the air after the treatment in the dust treating part C; and a negative pressure generating part E provided on the back stream side of the powder housing part B and generating a negative pressure by a sucking action at least between the container discharge port inserting part A and the powder housing part B.
