Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for managing a network address, and provide a computer instruction. SOLUTION: A network address received from a present server is compared with a former network address from a former server for use in an identification of a data processing system. This received network address is a new network address, and when the former server is different from the present server, a release data packet including the former network address is created.
