CONDUIT-REFRESHING PLAN SUPPORT ARRANGEMENT AND SYSTEM THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conduit-refreshing plan support arrangement capable of easily and efficiently refreshing a distribution pipe. SOLUTION: A conduit-refreshing plan support arrangement 10-1 diagnoses aging of a distribution pipe which is a facility for supplying clean water prepared at a water purifying plant to consumers. It comprises a collecting part 10A which collects signals measured with a flowmeter and pressure gauge set in a water distribution block, a real time characteristics database 10B which stores the collected measurement signals, a frequency characteristics analyzing part 10C which analyzes the frequency characteristic of an arbitrary measurement signal stored in it, a frequency verifying part 10D for validating aging of the water distribution block 4 based on the analyzed frequency characteristics, and an output part 10F which presents the result of the verification to an operator.
