Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner allowing simplification of a structure to reduce cost, and having a dehumidifying function allowing reduction of input increase for precooling or reheating. SOLUTION: This air conditioner wherein a compressor 1, a heat source side heat exchanger 2, an expansion valve 3 and a use side heat exchanger 4 are connected by refrigerant piping to constitute a refrigeration cycle has a heat conductive member exchanging heat between blowing air and suction air of the use side heat exchanger 4, and a changeover mechanism dividing the heat conductive member interlockingly with an operation mode. The air conditioner uses the use side heat exchanger 4 as a dehumidifier and exchanges the heat between the blowing air and the suction air by the heat conductive member 7 when performing dehumidifying operation, while the air conditioner divides the heat conductive member by the changeover mechanism to stop the heat exchange between the blowing air and the suction air when performing operation except the dehumidification.
