Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic biotin latex fine particles having about 100 nm diameter in which one side of fine particles has a part A binding to a molecular motor and other side has a part B binding to an enzyme preparing ATP and the enzyme and biotin are anisotropically carried and to provide anisotropic biotinylated latex fine particles by converting a hydroxy group of the anisotropic biotinylated latex fine particles to an epoxy group and fixing the enzyme. SOLUTION: The anisotropic biotinylated latex fine particles are obtained by substituting an epoxy side with biotin by using anisotropic latex fine particles having a hydroxy group which exists in a domain A in a wide region and an epoxy group which exists in a narrow domain B and biotinylating only one side of fine particles.
