Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushioning material for preventing a load shift which surely fixes loads regardless of a gap size between them. SOLUTION: This relates to a cushioning material 10 for preventing a load shift being placed around loads in a cargo chamber, and the material is provided with a bag body 11 into which air is injected, and a pair of facing panel materials 12 sandwiching a space of the bag body 11 into which air is injected and installed opposite to each other on the bag body 11. When air is injected from an air injection opening into the body 11, the body 11 expands in a rectangular parallelepiped shape to bring the materials 12 into contact with the loads, and the material 10 evenly and closely contacts the loads regardless of their gap size for surely fixing the loads.
