Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone reception support system and a telephone reception supporting method for supporting a telephone call receptionist by displaying contents obtained by receiving a telephone call on a screen of an information device of a person in charge of reception. SOLUTION: This telephone reception support system for storing reception contents as information in a prescribed format is provided with a plurality of information devices 24 for displaying information stored in a CTI (computer telephony integration) server as characters. The CTI server 10 has a voice recognizing means 12 for outputting a telephone call response as character information, and a connection destination instructing means 13 for instructing an extension number as a connection destination to a private branch exchange. A first information device 24 notifies the CTI server 10 of the extension number for transferring a telephone call and displays telephone call exchanges on the display screen of the second information device as characters.
