MEASURING METHOD AND MEASURING KIT OF DIOXIN-LIKE COMPOUND

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of evaluating accurately toxicity of a dioxin-like compound contained in a sample solution to a living body, and measuring the dioxin-like compound inexpensively, simply and quickly with high sensitivity and high accuracy. SOLUTION: In this measuring method and this measuring kit, a series of reactions in the living body activated by the dioxin-like compound, namely, an interaction such as bonding or dissociation of a protein or DNA induced by bonding of the dioxin-like compound to an AHR protein, is reproduced, and the interaction is detected by an SPR method generally used as a stable detection method having very high sensitivity of an interaction between materials.
