Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply an effective stimulus for an awakening against a driver A through combination of fatigue detecting means 14 to 17 and an already-installed air conditioner 8. SOLUTION: Fatigue detecting means 14 to 17 for detecting a fatigue state of a driver A and an air conditioner 8 provided with a cooling air blow-out port 13a for use in blowing out cooling air toward the rear portion of the head part of the driver A. An air conditioning control device 18 blows out cooling air through the cooling air blow-out port 13a in response to a fatigue detecting signal supplied from the fatigue detecting means 14 to 17. When the fatigue state is detected by the fatigue detecting means 14 to 17, cooling air is blown directly against the rear portion of the head of the driver A to cool it, thereby sleepiness of the driver is eliminated and then a substantial effect for preventing any driving under dozed state is attained. In addition, it is possible to realize an effect of keeping the head part cool even with a small amount of cooling air and prevent sleepiness effectively only at the driver A because the cooling air blowing-out port 13a approaches the driver and cooling air is positively applied to the rear portion of the head of the driver A.
