DISH-LIKE SEQUIN CONNECTED BODY FORMING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dish-like sequin connected body forming apparatus for forming a dish-like sequin connected body from a plate-like sequin connected body. SOLUTION: A plate-like sequin connected body is discharged from a reel 5 supported by a discharge-side reel supporting means 2 at a predetermined pitch. A curved surface is formed on an individual plate-like sequin by a press member 3, thereby forming a dish-like sequin. A formed dish-like sequin connected body is reeled onto a reel 47 supported by a reeling-side reel supporting means 4. By virtue of this, the cost of the apparatus itself can be suppressed, and a replacing operation can be readily and quickly performed, since formation of a dish-like sequin connected body having a different size and outer shape requires merely replacing the press member 3, which is for forming a dish-like sequin from a plate-like sequin, in accordance with the size, and setting a reel, around which a plate-like sequin connected body having an arbitrary shape and a size is wound, on the discharging reel supporting means 2.
