Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain undifferentiated precursor cells such as CD34 positive cells as a proliferative group of undifferentiated cells without inhibiting the proliferation of them. SOLUTION: The subject cell-culturing tool is characterized by containing cells expressing δ1 on the cell surfaces, or an insoluble material making the δ1 as a solid phase, and also ≥1 kind cytokine (excluding FL) including thrombopoietin, and a method for producing a cell preparation by using the cell-culturing tool is disclosed.
