Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine quickly and easily an inspection result using a B scope display image by ultrasonic test equipment. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a waveform storage memory 10 for storing ultrasonic waveform data generated based on a result acquired by transmitting to/receiving from a specimen 15a an ultrasonic wave by an ultrasonic probe 4 of the ultrasonic test equipment, a shape data memory 11 storing shape data showing a sectional shape of the specimen 15a and a reference marker, a position signal generator 12 for generating a signal showing a position corresponding to a scanning position of the ultrasonic probe 4 as position data, an operation circuit 13 for inputting each data from the waveform storage memory 10, the shape data memory 11 and the position signal generator 12, generating image data on the B scope display based on the ultrasonic waveform data, and performing addition processing of the image data on the B scope display corresponding to the scanning position and the shape data, to thereby generate addition processing image data, and a monitor 28 for displaying the image on the basis of the addition processing image data.
