BUILDING WITH WAREHOUSE TYPE STORAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building for allowing mutual residents to easily obtain the chance of communication, by providing a large storage division called a warehouse type storage, even in a one-storied building. SOLUTION: In this building 1 with the warehouse type storage, a second layer 20 is arranged on a floor of a first layer 10 having a vestibule in a position rising by a half story from this floor; a living room 32 is arranged in a third layer 30 positioned on the vestibule in a position rising by a half story more than this second layer 20 by passing through this second layer 20; warehouse type storage rooms K1 and K2 for constituting the large storage division, are arranged under the floor of the second layer 20; and the doorway 16 of these warehouse type storage rooms K1 and K2 is arranged so as to face a living room 11 on the first layer.
