Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible polypropylene resin composition being lowly sticky and having excellent adhesiveness without detriment to flexibility and heat resistance. SOLUTION: The flexible polypropylene resin composition is prepared by melt-kneading (A) a propylene resin comprising 10 to 95 mass% (a1) following propylene homopolymer (i) and/or copolymer containing at most 4 mol% other olefin units and 90 to 5 mass% (a2) propylene random copolymer having an [η] of 0.5 to 10 dL/g and containing 10 to 80 mol% units of an olefin other than propylene and (B) a polyolefin resin modified with, e.g., an unsaturated carboxylic acid. The above propylene homopolymer (i) satisfies (i) the [η] (at 135°C in decalin) is 0.5 to 10 dL/g, (ii) the boiling n-heptane-insolubles weight (W) is 10 to 99 mass%, and (iii) T2HR(80)≤670-2.2×W, and T2HR(80)/T2HR(30)≤8.8+0.086×W (wherein T2HR(30) and T2HR(80) are each the relaxation time (μs) of the rubber component as measured with pulsed NMR at 30°C or 80°C, and W is as defined above).
