Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizing container capable of steam sterilization of a subject of sterilization including metal such as a kitchen knife and a spoon by using a microwave oven. SOLUTION: The sterilizing container 100A comprises a container body 101 whose top is open, and an upper lid 102 for closing the upper opening of the container body 101. In addition, a water tank 103 consisting of a box container for reserving water is detachably mounted on a lower end region on one end side in the longitudinal direction of the container body 101.
