HANDLE LOCK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle lock which is inexpensive and durable against destructive operation. SOLUTION: A handle lock is provided with a handle body 4 provided with a handle case 2 having a handle fitting recess 1 and a handle 3 fittable in the recess 1 and drawably contained in the handle case 2, a cylinder lock 6 fitted in a cylinder lock housing recess 5 formed in the handle body 4 to lock the handle body 4 in a press-in posture fitting the handle 3 in the handle fitting recess 1, a spacer nut 7 screwed in the cylinder lock 6, and a U-shaped locking metal fitting 9 regulating removal from the handle case 2 of the handle lock 6 and regulating idle rotation in the cylinder lock housing recess 5, getting into contact with the plane part 8 formed in the outer periphery of the cylinder lock 6. The inner peripheral wall face of the cylinder lock housing recess 5 of the handle case 2 has a rigidity and a reinforcing plate 10 preventing the locking hardware 9 from moving to the outer peripheral direction is attached.
