SUSPENDER METAL FITTING OF PRECAST MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspender metal fitting of a precast member, superior in manufacturing performance, inexpensive in manufacture, causing no hindrance to installation in a concrete form when manufacturing the precast member, smoothly transmitting stress, and having high reliability. SOLUTION: A female screw 13 formed on an inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical suspender body 11, and a flange 15 as an anchor part formed on an outer peripheral surface, are integrally molded by casting. A cutout 16 for communicating upper and lower parts of the flange 15, is arranged in one or a plurality of places in the peripheral direction of the flange 15. Generation of a bubble reservoir on an under surface of the flange 15, can be prevented when placing concrete when manufacturing a segment 1, by arranging the cutout 16. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
