BICYCLOHEPTANE DERIVATIVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a very clinically useful anodyne exhibiting non-opioid pain-killing actions and improved in defects of morphine, a new muscle relaxant, an antihypotensive agent, an anti-Perkinson disease agent, an anti-Alzheimer disease agent, an anti-ulcerative colitis agent, or an anti-tobacco dependence agent. SOLUTION: The bicycloheptane derivative represented by general formula (I) [wherein R is a hydrogen atom or the like; Y is an >NH group or the like; Z is a pyrimidyl or N-oxypyrimidyl group which is unsubstituted or optionally substituted with a halogen atom or the like; and n is 0 or an integer of 1-5] or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof are provided.
