Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device of a fiber reinforced composite material which can certainly prevent fluff, abrasion scar, breakage or the like generated by abrasion of a reinforced fiber bundle even in a simple structure when the reinforced fiber bundle is conveyed in a linked state from a bobbin to a core material, and can certainly prevent the reduction of strength of the reinforced fiber bundle caused during conveyance, its manufacturing method, and a pressure vessel. SOLUTION: The surface roughness of the fiber bundle contact surfaces of guides 6-21 contacting with the reinforced fiber bundle 30 during the conveyance is set not higher than 30S determined by "highest standard sequence" indicating the surface roughness of an industrial product based on JIS. More preferably, the fiber bundle contact surfaces of guides 6-21 have a plating layer with thickness of 100 μm or less, and the surface hardness of the fiber bundle contact surfaces of guides 6-21 is 300 or higher in Brinell hardness.
