LAMINATE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate with a metal sheet excellent in the adhesion strength of a PPS resin layer with the metal sheet, capable of being easily subjected to bending or drawing, not lowering the reliability of mechanical characteristics or electric insulation under a high temperature moist heat condition and holding various characteristics possessed by PPS. SOLUTION: In the laminate obtained by laminating a resin layer comprising a resin composition based on PPS at least on one side of the metal sheet without interposing an adhesive, the degree OF of orientation of the resin layer is set to 0.65-0.90. A PPS film is further laminated on the surface of the resin layer without interposing the adhesive. This laminate is manufactured by bonding the PPS film of which the high temperature volatile component is 0.02 wt.% or below and the heating shrinkage factor at 250°C is 8% or below, to the resin layer comprising the resin composition based on PPS, on which the metal sheet is directly laminated, under heating and pressure at a temperature equal to or above the melting point of the film.
