Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of effectively obtaining an inkjet cast coated sheet which shows high surface gloss and feeling such as seen in a silver salt photographic paper as well as high printing quality. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing an inkjet cast coated sheet in which at least one layer of an ink receiving layer and a gloss developing layer are laminated in order from the base sheet side on the base sheet having an air permeation resistance of not less than 150 sec, when measured according to Japan Tappi No.5 (Oken type) to form a sheet, then the gloss developing layer is wetted, allowing the gloss developing layer in a wet state to be brought into pressure contact with a heated mirror drum surface for conducting gloss finishing operation, the moisture content in the entire sheet prior to wetting the gloss developing layer is made to be not more than 2 wt.% of the entire sheet weight.
