THERMAL DECOMPOSITION RESIDUE SORTING COOLING FACILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a facility by reducing an instrument and a device and to simply and easily carry out maintenance. SOLUTION: The subject thermal decomposition residue selection cooling facility cools and sorts a thermally decomposed residue D of high temperature discharged from a thermal decomposition drum 1 for dry-distilling and thermally decomposing a waste. The thermal decomposition residue sorting cooling facility is provided with a fluidized bed 2 receiving the thermally decomposed residue D discharged from the thermal decomposition drum 1 and jetting inert gas Go into the received thermally decomposed residue D to fluidize the thermally decomposed residue D. The facility cools the thermally decomposed residue D of high temperature by the inert gas Go blown into the fluidized bed 2 and blows out a carbon residue Do in the thermally decomposed residue D by the inert gas Go to sort it.
