Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for creating a seaweed bed in which a base material to which seed seedlings are attached can readily and surely be mounted on a reef structure. SOLUTION: A block 1 made of concrete in which a plurality of vertical holes 2 are bored on the upper surface is sunk in the sea bottom. On the other hand, seed seedlings 10 are attached to the upper surface of the base plate 11 in a water tank on land and the base plate 11 to which seed seedlings 10 are attached is firmly bonded to one end of a strut 12 by an adhesive to provide an integrated base material 13. Then, the base material 13 is lifted down in the sea water and the strut 12 is inserted into the vertical hole 2 of the block 1 and each base material 13 is attached to the block 1.
