SOLUTION: The raising apparatus for raising grain straws is equipped with a chevron-shaped motor cover 10a for covering the variable speed motor 9. The raising apparatus is equipped with the motor cover 10a and a gear cover 10b for covering the variable speed drive gear 11 to be engaged with the motor gear 9a and the motor gear 9a.
