Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound absorbing device which is easy to manufacture and has an excellent sound absorption characteristic, specially, a wide-band sound absorption characteristic. SOLUTION: The sound absorbing device including an inner member and an outer member 2 surrounding the inner member 1 is constituted such that the inner member 1 forms an internal wall 4 provided with an opening 3 and the outer member 2 forms an external wall 5 extending along the internal wall 4. To improve the sound absorption characteristic and flexibility of the sound absorbing device, the external wall 5 serves as bellows 6, which form individual cavities 7 with the internal wall 4, the opening 3 of the internal wall 4 is open to inner sides of the cavities 7.
