PLACING DEVICE AND LEVELING DEVICE FOR MORTAR OR THE LIKE FOR USE IN WATERWAY CONSTRUCTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a placing device capable of uniformly injecting mortar between a pipeline and a waterway constitutive member connectedly installed in the pipeline, and a leveling device for leveling the upper surface of the placed mortar. SOLUTION: The mortar placing device D1 is provided with a body part 10 formed with an invert part 2 and placed on the upper part of the waterway constitutive member 1 or the like connectedly installed in the pipeline P, movably along a waterway direction, and a piping part 25 provided at the body part to distribute mortar M to both sides of a direction intersecting the waterway direction to discharge the mortar M between the waterway constitutive member and the pipeline. The body part 10 can be moved by a moving part 20 provided with a roller part 21 and a guide piece 22, and the piping part 25 is provided with discharge pipes 28, 28 for discharging the mortar while distributing it to the right and left by branch pipes 27, 27.
